Judge denies Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin’s attempt to have the death penalty removed

Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin is still facing the death penalty after the judge dismissed an attempt by the defence to have it removed as an outcome.

Tyler Robinson’s lawyer argued the prosecution
